Simple workflow
Pack it. Pressurize it. Pull the shot.
- Add and tamp 18g of coffee.
- Fill the reservoir with boiling water.
- Lock the portafilter and pressurize to 9 bar.
- Control the release and stop at your target yield.
Gas cylinder note
CO2 cylinders are not included due to pressure vessel shipping restrictions. Use 16g food-grade CO2 cylinders with a 3/8"-24 TPI threaded interface.
